Bailey was in the goal and with the help of all the defensive players blocked 9 shots. One shot getting away from him. No fouls on the fury team. BR had 2 fouls against them with Chase taking the kick, and Matthew taping in the score. Alexander took 1st foul kick.

Bailey back in the goal to start off the half, making 2 great saves. Jay came into the goal later in the half, saving 2 powerful goals which would have left the game tied at the end.

Fury had some great scores with 3 man teams of one with James passing to Peyton to score and and 2nd with Jay passing to James, then Peyton coming into score. Matthew had a good goal with an assist by Collin. Peyton took another score on a solo shot. Fury scored 4 x's in the 2nd half.

BR had a physical game with fouls against them.

Jay went into the goal 1/2 way through the 2nd half, Jay had a really nice corner kick save. JFC had 5 SOG resulting in 1 goal, and 1 penalty shot goal.

All three games were hard to follow, just a note... the defense side of the fury team is assume! It is hard to mark down all the defensive plays that are stopping goals from happening. Maybe Jordan could add to the defensive plays (hint, hint). Just know you defensive players play a valuable part in the fina scores.

League Match, 9/27/08 - Fury vs. Mandeville White

Tough match for the boys, Mandeville upsetted the boys with at 3 - 1 victory. This was Fury's first league match, traveling to Mandeville to play a 11:30 am game.

A physical game was played leaving the boys to play just as physical, but Mandeville came out in the first half with 2 foul shots, with Fury coming out scoring on one foul shot in the goal with Brandon taking the shot. Brandon also had a corner kick save. Leaving the score at 1/2 with Mandeville ahead by 2-1.

SOG - 10 shots on goal; James, Matthew, Bailey, Peyton, Chase

Fury had 1 foul against Alex, resulted in no score for Mandeville. Mandeville had 7 SOG's and 2 corner kicks, which were held off by Jay in Goal.

2nd Half
Fury came out playing strong 2nd half, but turned out the loss with a 3-1. Mandeville had a bad call score with the ref blowing the whistle before the ball went into the goal, leaving Bailey pausing to believe it was an offside call. Ref let the goal stand. Peyton had a good chances to score with one really good chance but was called offsides. Mandeville had more fouls against them with Bailey coming into kick almost scoring with an assist by Matthew. Mandeville had a total 2nd half penalities of 3, Fury had 1 foul against Alexander.

Fury vs. Crestview Crew, FL

Beautiful weather for soccer, nice breeze, high in the 80's. The fury boys took advantage by beating the "Crew" with 9-0 victory!

First half:
18 shots on goal vs. the Crew with "0" shots on the goal, got job by all boys. Bailey was in the goal first half.

SOG: Matthew, Cole, Collin, Jay, James, Peyton, Chase
Corner kicks: 4
Scored: 5 goals; Matthew scored with an assit by Andrew, Peyton, Chase, James, and Mathew came in with an additional score.

2nd half:
18 shots on goal vs. the Crew with 1 shot on goal, Jay was in the goal and stopped the one shot they had.

Fury vs Mobile

The boys came out to play.... They won this match with a 5-1 victory, which enabled us to play in the semifinals on Sunday morning.

First half:
SOG: 7 shots on goal; Matthew, Peyton, Andrew, Jay, Alexander
Bailey was in the goal having 4 SOG with no score. Chase received a yellow card in the first match.
Scores: 2 goals both by Matthew with an assist by Peyton.

Second half:
SOG: 19 shots on goal; James, Chase, Andrew, Alexander, Peyton, Bailey, Cole, and Matthew.
Corner kicks: 3
Score: 3 goals by James with an assist by Alex, Chase, and Andrew

This was a tough match, very challenging for the boys, Bailey started the second half in goal until 2 goals were made, then swapped out with Jay. Mobile score one goal on the Fury. Mobile had 6 SOG's.

Game #3 - 9:15 Sunday
Fury vs. Bayside - SEMIFINAL MATCH

Another challenging game for the Fury. Fury came out with a win over Bayside in a 4-2 victory.
SOG: 11 shots on goal, Peyton, James, Bailey, Colin, Chase, Matthew, Collin
Scores: 3 goals in 1st half, Collin had a score with an assist by Bailey, James, and Bailey

Jay was in the goal for the 1st half, having 5 shots on the goal with Bayside scoring 1 goal.

Second Half:
SOG: 6 shots on goal, Matthew, Alexander, Peyton, James, Cole.

The boys had a few fouls against us, with Bailey in the goal; one foul against Alex no score, one foul against Chase no score, one foul against Brandon in the box, score against Bailey. Bayside was a really tough match they had 10 SOG's producing 1 score.

Onto the Finals!

Game 4 - FINALS

Fury vs. Navarre

The boys started off really strong shooting 3 shots on the goal right away, with tough blocks from the goalie. But came out short with 1 goal against Fury. Chase had a hand ball in the box, leaving Bailey to defend the goal, with Navarre player only 12' from him, Navarre scored. Closing 1st half Navarre 1- Fury 0.

Navarre, 4 SOG; 1 Foul kick, 4 corner kicks

Second Half:
Started with Jay in the goal, boys started off strong, stayed strong throughout the game, never giving up. Navarre scored one more goal, unsavable goal against Jay. Peyton came up and sneaked on in with the Fury scoring in the last couple of minutes. Leaving a score of Navarre 2- Fury 1. Disappointing loss to the Fury, hardwork, but the Fury maintain good sportsmanship held their heads high, and took the loss with respect.
